About Us:

Lincoln Property Company was created in 1965, developing and managing quality residential communities, primarily in Texas and the southwestern United States. As Lincoln began to grow and prosper, we expanded into other major areas of the United States. We currently manage communities in over 22 states throughout the country.

Lincoln has since enhanced its product mix to include retail, commercial, office, industrial and mixed-use developments. Lincoln’s management expertise also extends to include affordable and student housing, as well as conventional property management for third-party owners.
